The last thing you have to do is reset your archive. It's obviously corrupted, so if you want it to work as well as before, go into 2ND > [MEM], select Reset…, press RIGHT twice (to ALL, select 1:All Memory…, and select 2:Reset. Reinstall all those programs and apps, and your calculator should be back to the way it was!
If you want to make sure it works as well as before, you should reinstall the OS (just in case it got corrupted somewhere). Otherwise, you're done. Good luck!
